TAI CHI FOR HEALTH & RELAXATION
An Ongoing Class
Tai Chi Chuan, popularly referred to as Tai Chi, is an ancient Chinese system of meditative movement, healing exercise, and self-defense. The slow flowing movements of Tai Chi promote relaxation, balance, calmness, and patience. The practice of Tai Chi can strengthen your joints, tendons, and ligaments while supporting cardiovascular health.
Simplified Tai Chi Form 24 is regarded as the most popular routine practiced in the world today. It is a short form that is primarily based upon the traditional Yang Family style of Tai Chi Chuan. This form provides an excellent foundation for beginners who may later wish to learn the traditional Yang style long form, while also serving as an excellent review form for those who have studied Tai Chi in the past.
